Cross Bore Inspections
Cross bore refers to the unintentional crossing of an existing underground utility line by a secondary pipeline installed using trenchless technology. Undetected cross bores damage buried assets and can compromise the structural integrity of sewer pipes and the entire sewer system, as well as lead to potential disastrous results.
The CCTV inspection process entails the identification and location of underground utility lines by conducting a thorough examination of sewer mains and laterals prior to the installation of a utility line and after the utility line has been installed. This is a critical step in ensuring the safety and integrity of the underground infrastructure.
H1O Technologies offers video pipe inspection (CCTV) services to assess underground sewer, water, and storm lines for potential cross-bores and structural damages.
Sewer Jetting
Sewer jetting is the method of cleaning out sewers and drain lines by using high-pressure water streams through specialized jetting nozzles to dislodge and clear obstructions, as well as perform regular maintenance to prevent sewage backups. H1O Technologies has both the resources and capabilities to effectively remove any debris or blockages that could compromise a sewer line and cause a broad range of problems within. Our team of professionally qualified and trained technicians will help return the line to optimal performance without ever damaging the sewer lines, all while maintaining the highest level of both safety and efficiency.
Hydro Excavation
Hydro excavation is a soil removing process commonly used to uncover existing utility lines and pipe systems with minimal risk of injury or damage, using high pressure water wands which cut through soil and roots to help soften the ground. The hydrovac excavates the water and soil exposing the existing network of utility lines without the use of mechanical excavation, which may cause damage to buried utility lines, and ultimately lead to utility outages. Hydrovac processes also leave a smaller footprint at the job site, and are utilized by H1O Technologies at a variety of work sites for construction, inspections, and repairs.
